Camel Rides

Location: Lake Natron and Arusha/Moshi area

Get a different perspective of the African savannah from atop the back of a camel. A truly exotic experience, camel rides are available at several locations in the Arusha/Moshi area and are a unique way to absorb some of the local Masai culture and observe village activities.  Or, enjoy a brief ride around and near Lake Natron and experience the stunningly beautiful and ecologically unique area.  The Masai own the camels and earn an income from their use in tourism.
